• When you purchase a digital book (soft copy) from Shub sandesh, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the digital content.
• The license allows you to use the digital copy only for your personal and individual educational or reference purposes.

2. Duration of Access

• Access to each purchased digital book is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
• After this period, access will automatically expire unless you renew your license through the platform.

3. Restrictions

• You must not share, distribute, copy, upload, resell, or otherwise make the digital books available to others in any form.
• The digital books are strictly intended for your personal, individual use only.
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in the termination of your access and could lead to legal action.

4. Renewal

• After the initial two-year period, you may renew your access to the digital book(s) by purchasing an extension as offered on the platform.
• Renewal terms, including price and duration, may be updated from time to time.

5. Intellectual Property

• All digital books and related content remain the intellectual property of Shub sandesh or its content providers.
• No ownership rights are transferred to you upon purchase — only the limited license described above.

6. Changes to Terms

• Shub sandesh reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on the website or platform.
